With the Legion system being buffed in patch 11.16, Kalista and Aatrox are already extremely strong carries in the early game.
After owning 3-star Kalista and Aatrox, you should add one of the Angel units like Lux or Varus to add strength to the squad.
At level 8, Gwen and Fiddlesticks are the chess pieces you should buy when playing this squad.
In terms of `powerful` equipment, the Blue Bow is an extremely important item for Kalista in this squad.
As for Aatrox, as mentioned above, this general needs defensive items to stay on the front line.
