After months of rumors and speculation about the next installment of the popular Call of Duty shooting game series, developer Sledgehammer Games recently officially launched the next game in the series called Call of Duty: Vanguard, bringing
Sledgehammer, which hasn’t been at the forefront of CoD development since 2017’s Call of Duty: WW2, is shaking things up by establishing a completely new setting in Vanguard as it introduces players to the world of
Vanguard’s main antagonist is the fictional Heinrich Freisinger (inspired by real Gestapo agent Heinrich Müller).
To deal with this whole problem, the Allies deployed a team of four experts from four countries: Arthur Kingsley (UK), Polina Petrova (USSR), Wade Jackson (USA) and Lucas Riggs (Australia).
Sledgehammer also gave us some quick information about Vanguard’s multiplayer mode, which looks like it includes some significant changes compared to other Call of Duty games.
Vanguard will launch with 20 multiplayer maps 16 of which will be 6v6 maps, the remaining four will be 2v2 maps.
Call of Duty: Vanguard will be released on November 5.
